This album is inspired by his experiences in different cultures around the world, from his Brazilian roots to Europe, India and the United States - hence the use of ‘Universe’. The essential character of the piece is that of a classical work in two movements of 33 minutes each, with the rhythmical energy of jazz featuring Alex Sipiagin on trumpet and Will Vinson on alto saxophone.
